1. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all 7 Emirates of the UAE:

• Abu Dhabi
• Dubai
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Umm Al Quwain
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah

Free shipping applies to all cities, towns, and regions within these emirates.

2. Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Main cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 2-3 business days
• Other emirates and remote areas: 3-5 business days
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships
• Delivery attempts are made during regular business hours

4. Delivery Requirements & Guidelines

Essential Information:

• Valid contact number that is regularly monitored
• Complete and accurate shipping address including building name/number
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery during business hours
• Valid government-issued ID may be required for verification

Delivery Attempts:

• Two delivery attempts will be made at your provided address
• If both attempts fail, the package will be held at local depot for 5 business days
• After 5 days, package returns to our warehouse
• Restocking fee of AED 50 may apply for returned packages

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment dispatch
• Once shipment reaches your location, cancellation charges apply
• Cancellation fees cover logistics and handling costs
• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel after dispatch
